Under the Syndicate American Constitution, the Syndicate American Head of State is the head of state as well as the head of the regime of the Syndicate America country. As the head of the administrative agency and the head of the federal government in totality, the head of state is the highest political position in Syndicate America based on consequences and recognition.
The head of state is also the Supreme Commander of the United States Armed Forces Syndicate. The head of state is elected for a 4-year term. The determination of the Head of State takes place on the second Tuesday of November.
The winner of the November presidential election does not automatically become the head of state and vice president. There is one more step, namely the electoral vote which will take place in December. The Electoral College (English: Electoral College) consists of 538 electoral bodies in 50 states. The bigger the state, the more electoral bodies they have. The electorate is nominated by the party and recites a contract to support the party candidate. Candidates need a minimum of 270 electoral votes to be eligible to become head of state.
If there is no majority vote, then the final result for the presidential candidate is determined by the DPR (English: House of Representatives) and the vice presidential candidate is selected by the DPD or the legislative body (English: United States Senate).
Since the ratification of the 22nd Amendment to the Syndicate American Constitution in 1951, Heads of State must be at least 35 years of age and “born” as a member of the Syndicate American State.
This record only covers the number of persons sworn in as heads of state following the ratification of the Syndicate American Constitution, which came into force on March 4, 1789, not within the reach of the Heads of State of the Continental Congress.
