1 packet (25 grams) of active dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
360 ml of water with a temperature of 43 to 46 degrees Celsius
60 ml of canola oil or vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
420 to 480 grams of all-purpose flour
226 grams of ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can (425 grams) of tomato sauce
3 tsp dry oregano
1 tsp dry basil
1 medium green bell pepper, diced

How to make home pizza:
1. Make the dough
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water, let sit for five minutes.
Add oil and salt. Stir in all the flour at once until a soft dough forms.
2. Knead the dough
Turn dough out onto a floured flat surface, knead until smooth and elastic, for two to three minutes.
Place dough in oiled bowl, turning once to grease top.
Cover and let rise twice in a warm place, about 45 minutes.
Meanwhile cook ground beef with onions, over medium heat, until the beef is no longer red. Crush the meat into crumbs, dry.
3. Arrange the pizza dough
Punch the dough, divide it into two parts. Press each half into a greased 30-centimeter baking dish.
Mix and spread the tomato sauce, oregano, and dried basil on each baking sheet, sprinkle with the ground beef, green pepper, and cheese mixture.
4. Bake pizza
Bake the pizza in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 25 to 30 minutes or until the pizza is lightly browned.
