Material:
1 ripe and sweet mango
1/2 kg of glutinous rice
Sauce ingredients (mix together):
1/2 box of liquid instant coconut milk
100 ml of water
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornstarch, dilute with 1 tbsp water
How to make mango sticky rice
1. Steam the sticky rice for 20 minutes. After that, put the sticky rice in a container with a lid, pour in the coconut milk.
2. Soak the sticky rice for 30 minutes until the coconut milk is completely absorbed.
